1. 服务概述1. Service Overview

大疆科技（以下简称"我们"）提供系统定制开发服务，包括但不限于交易所搭建、娱乐城开发、外汇系统、棋牌游戏、私有化聊天工具、电商商城等。所有定制开发项目均以源码交付，支持客户独立运营和二次开发。DaJiang Tech ("we") provides custom system development services including but not limited to exchange platforms, casino systems, forex platforms, gaming, private chat tools, and e-commerce. All projects are delivered with full source code for independent operation and further development.

2. 合作流程2. Cooperation Process

• 项目启动前，双方需就功能需求、开发周期、价格方案和验收标准达成书面一致Before project launch, both parties must reach written agreement on requirements, timeline, pricing, and acceptance criteria
• 项目报价以最终确认的需求文档为准，需求变更可能导致价格和工期调整Project quotes are based on the final confirmed requirements document; changes may affect pricing and timeline
• 开发过程中我们将定期提供进度更新和演示During development, we provide regular progress updates and demonstrations

3. 付款条款3. Payment Terms

• 支持 USDT（TRC20/ERC20）等加密货币和银行转账We accept USDT (TRC20/ERC20) cryptocurrency and bank transfer
• 具体付款比例和节点以合同约定为准（通常为预付 + 验收尾款模式）Payment schedule follows contract terms (typically advance payment + final payment upon acceptance)
• 付款完成后开始对应阶段的开发工作Development for each phase begins after corresponding payment is received

4. 源码交付与知识产权4. Source Code Delivery & IP

• 项目验收通过并完成全部付款后，我们将交付完整源代码、数据库结构和部署文档After acceptance and full payment, we deliver complete source code, database structure, and deployment documentation
• 交付后的源码归客户所有，客户拥有使用、修改和二次开发的完整权利Delivered source code belongs to the client with full rights to use, modify, and further develop
• 我们保证交付的代码为原创开发，不包含盗版或侵权内容We guarantee all delivered code is original development, free from pirated or infringing content

5. 售后服务5. After-Sales Support

• 项目交付后提供约定期限内的免费 Bug 修复服务Free bug fix service within the agreed period after delivery
• 超出免费维护期的功能迭代、版本升级按双方约定的维护费用执行Feature updates and upgrades beyond the free maintenance period are charged per agreement
• 维护费用通常为 2,000–5,000 USDT/月，视系统复杂度而定Maintenance fees typically range from 2,000–5,000 USDT/month depending on system complexity

• 我们提供技术开发服务，不参与客户的实际业务运营，客户需自行确保其业务符合所在地法律法规We provide technical development services only and do not participate in client operations; clients must ensure compliance with local laws
• 因客户自身运营、服务器配置变更或第三方服务导致的问题不在我们的责任范围内Issues caused by client operations, server configuration changes, or third-party services are outside our responsibility
• 本网站展示的价格仅供参考，最终报价以实际沟通确认为准Prices shown on this website are for reference only; final quotes are subject to actual consultation

双方在合作过程中获知的对方商业信息、技术细节和项目需求均属保密信息，未经对方书面同意不得向第三方披露。All business information, technical details, and project requirements exchanged during cooperation are confidential and shall not be disclosed to third parties without written consent.
